SUMMARYThe Learning Systems Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the delivery of product and compliance trainings to our internal and external customers globally, leveraging the learning management system to meet our strategic objectives. This role drives the processes for scheduling, registering, assigning, tracking, uploading, and reporting of training activities by working with the system governance teams and field support roles. The Learning Systems Specialist is also responsible for the coordination of all instructor-led training programs in Vista and in some cases, globally, and serves as the central liaison to our internal and external customers.Major ResponsibilitiesDrives the use of the learning management system (LMS) to facilitate the delivery and reporting of all product training activities including online learning, virtual classroom and instructor-led training.Researches and identifies best practices for leveraging LMS functionality to address business needs.Develops and leverages governance groups to continually assess field and administrative needs and to drive improvements in the system.Establishes and drives processes through governance to implement changes to the LMS to maximize value for our customersConfigures and continually monitors the LMS processes to maximize benefit to end users.Defines roles and processes for all LMS administrative users including field associates that support training activities, designs workflow processes, and provides necessary training for these rolesSupports end user issues in using the LMSGenerates and analyzes reports based on business needsMaintains visual management for key business processesIndependently identifies and pursues system process improvementsSupports customers coming to Vista for training, aids in securing appropriate visasCoordinates onsite instructor-led training programsManages training inbox and responds to customers within 24 hoursRequired Education/Skills/Experience Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplineAt least 5 years in an administrative role working with an LMS, preferably Cornerstone OnDemandIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent customer service abilityAbility to communicate succinctlyDesired Education/Skills/ExperienceExperience defining and implementing work processes to meet business needsExperience supporting a training or HR functionThe hourly rate or salary range for this role is $27 to $36/hr . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
