Territory Sales Associate - Remote/Inside

The Territory Sales Associate is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers that lead to future business opportunities. The successful candidate will sell company-represented digital health products/services into new accounts as well as extending relationships into new areas of the accounts. As part of the team, the Territory Sales Associates are responsible for identifying and closing opportunities which include creating, meeting, and exceeding revenue goals in digital health applications, product sales, and contract services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet territory sales revenue goals for products and services.
  • Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge of the family of products/services to communicate professionally with Hospital C-Suite. Conduct executive level presentations.
  • Know the strengths and weaknesses of our product/service offerings and how to position. Be the consultative problem solver for C-Suite contacts.
  • Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on relevant products, technologies, and services. Quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with executive decision makers. Such as CMIO, Chief Medical Officer, CFO etc.
  • Develop strategic customer relationships throughout the hospital to drive the purchase of company offerings of products and services.
  • Communicate with managers and align sales efforts with company and regional targets.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts with hospitals and administrative organizations.
  • Understand market dynamics and healthcare trends.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them simply and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate as an individual contributor and sales team member.
  • Communicate with our senior partners and practice heads on priorities
  • Create awareness of, and orders for unique products and services in healthcare, including Digital healthcare, Telemedicine, Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Artificial Intelligence solutions for: Workflow automation, Patient engagement tools, Employee engagement tools, Risk Management solutions, Revenue Cycle solutions, Patient registration tools, and Clinical Risk Management
  • Engage healthcare supplier and provider organizations at CMIO, Chief Medical Officer/Chief of Medical Staff, CFO, VP of Finance, Revenue Cycle, Risk Management, and Marketing.
