Job Description :
This position is Remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.Principal Software Development Engineer Responsibilities:Participates in development of physical features or technical aspects of a projectDesigns, codes, and debugs software.Provides technical guidance in software design and development activities.Assists in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications.Participates in and lead design reviews and recommend improvements.Provides support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products.Works with other Engineers in planning, prioritizing and executing assigned tasks within deadlines.Assists in risk assessment and mitigation activities.Attends team meetings to communicate project status and discuss about new ideas and any issues.Improves the performance of existing software.Provides trainings and mentor other Engineers when required.Maintains and upgrades existing software.Recommends new technologies that can help increase productivity.Oversees the technical aspects of projects.Investigates software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.Attends regular team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Qualifications:
Principal Software Development Engineer Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field required.Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree.Strong analytical skills.Great communication skills.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Proven experience in high-level programming languages, like Java and .NET.Proven experience in software development methodologies.Proven experience building and fine tuning complex web systems.Ability to multi-task and organize competing priorities.Strong OOO design, coding and design patterns.Very strong in C#/Java/SQL/React-Redux.Highly skilled in performance tuning enterprise scale applications.Required experience/exposure to cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.Strong in DevOps, automation and testing.Experience working with architect teams.
