The security manager will supervise a small team of engineers, ensure the deployment of each application is successful, ensure change control is established, and assist in resolving issues as applications continue to be updated and managed. This leader will help drive security compliance for FedRAMP assessments and assist in resolving architecture challenges.As a Security Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by the following:Lead engineers in administrating all GovCloud security toolsCreate an environment where change control procedures are followed and application issues are detected, communicated, and resolved within established timeframesOversee security incidents working with incident response team in GovCloud environmentEnsure incident response and operational performance meets necessary Service Level AgreementsDrive compliance requirements for FedRAMP ATO approval with development teamsLead communications on security vulnerabilities to development teams and operational groupsProvide visibility through measurement and experimentally proving out resultsActively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, follow corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionORHigh School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and fourteen years of experience in Information TechnologyTen years of experience in Cyber Security AND/OR Software Engineer AND/OR IT AdministrationAble to obtain DoD clearanceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:CISSP or similar security certificationExperience with managing of IT teams and Enterprise InitiativesExperience with security tools (endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and WAFs)Familiar with security frameworks like the CIS CSC and FedRAMPSolid understanding of networking and data transfer methodsExperience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, and Google)Travel: Occasional travel may be requiredRelocation Assistance: Not Necessary3M
