Responsibilities Lead position that works independently, collaborating as needed with an Applications Coordinator and may coordinate work of others, provides mentoring to lesser experienced team and reports to an Applications Manager. Responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions. Provides on call support based on supported application needs. Mentors other analysts in system development skills. Has an in-depth knowledge of the Epic platform for their primary application and an advanced knowledge of other applications support off hours along with a detailed understanding of the integration of modules within the Epic Enterprise. Able to independently interact with clients and demonstrates critical thinking and follow through, may coordinate others. Often assists other analysts in complex workflows or system builds. Key attention to the build and workflow requirements needed to achieve and maintain software lifecycle standards. Dedicated attention to details to improve compliance to federal initiatives along with outcomes related to patient safety and quality initiatives. Responsible for establishing credibility at all levels and building partnerships with customers and colleagues. ( Fully Remote) Qualifications Education Requirements4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's DegreeExperience4-5 years of experienceCertification and LicensureCombination of current Epic certifications in primary application(s) in application maintenance and development. If Epic training is required, results must meet department expected outcomes regarding completion time frame, overall scoring, and other aspects of certification.
