Primary Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM application and related integrations Collaborate with ServiceNow engineers and architects to ensure solutions are developed for quality, resiliency, reusability, and enterprise scalability Adhere to agile delivery processes Interact with ServiceNow vendor via HI portal Creation of technical and functional documents for ongoing maintenance items and projects Facilitate daily standup calls for scrum teams and corresponding retrospectives, PI planning events, and ad hoc meetings as needed Remove roadblocks wherever possible Escalate blocked or off-schedule work appropriately Use VersionOne or similar tool to track work (capabilities, features, user stories, defects) and release scope Coach team members on agile delivery You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of ITSM development experience in an enterprise environment 2+ years of experience with Agile Scrum Software Development methodology Scrum Master Certification Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge management Strong understanding of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to asset management and IT service management processes United States Citizenship Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF) Experience with technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc. Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting, ServiceNow API's, Web Services Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features Strong Knowledge of the ITSM/ ITIL Framework Strong Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service.
