Job DescriptionThe Account Management Analyst will be accountable for accurate and timely reporting of client data.The incumbent is responsible for the extraction and analysis of client mobility service information. Evaluates and writes client utilization presentations to include service usage, cost and quality reports, and makes recommendations based on relevant findings to drive the decision-making process and support business operations. Monitor financial transactions associated with the services delivered to the client and customers.All accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions must be accurate and timely in accordance with their governing contracts.RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Reporting:Prepare client specific cost & trend analysis presentations in support of designated account management teams inclusive of client annual reviews and power point presentationsCompile information for internal/external client dashboards, ongoing client status updates, and client account reviews.Create, produce client Dashboard reports; compile information for client reviews and assist management in proposing effective solutions to meet client goals.Advise account management teams on the methods and underlying information within the presentations.Manage internal database, ensure client data integrity such as contracts, policy and support ongoing maintenance.Create efficiencies in data retrieval and analysis and ensure proper documentation of all reports.As necessary, conduct ad hoc analysis by synthesizing large volumes of data into meaningful conclusions.Monitor internal controls and reports to update system as necessary (i.e., stuck files, policy edits, policy matrix, unbilled, missing data items and the like.Account Support:Works with AE2 and AE3 to continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their business, goals, strategies and challenges.Assists AE2 and AE3 in monitoring client SLAs, CTQs and service rating goals.Advocate with internal supply chain team by effectively communicating the client's philosophy and needs with regard to relocation policies.Maintain and foster positive relationships with Cartus' internal departments and external suppliers in regard to exceeding client's needs.Supports AE2 and AE3 in client policies and recommend revisions as appropriate.Participate in client meetings as requested.Support group moves as needed including Critical Path Schedule preparation.Assist management in preparation of annual client year-end meetings, client proposals/presentations and projects, etc.Research escalations, specific to operational issues. Assists in resolution to client.Monitor internal controls and reports to update system as necessary (i.e., stuck files, policy edits, policy matrix, unbilled, missing data items and the like.Provides client coverage for AE2's while on business travel, vacation, etc.Provides support to other team AE1's to support entire client base.Financial Analytics:Monitor hard stop billing data for all client billing to ensure clients have been billed accurately for correct services.
