**Description****Job Location**USA, Louisville, KYUSA, Atlanta, GA, USA, Austin, TX, USA, Chicago, IL, USA, Dallas, TX**Job Posting Title**Senior Digital Technology Business Analyst- Remote**The Challenge**As the Senior DT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the digitalization efforts within the manufacturing site. The successful candidate will collaborate and communicate across multiple functional areas and levels within manufacturing to understand the business needs, you will improve the business processes, services, and systems. You will be a business partner with the manufacturing and materials teams, you will ensure that the DT systems are meeting the business needs as well as DT guidelines and governance.**What you will Do**• Lead requirement gathering for the digitalization and enhancement of the Oracle ERP system within the manufacturing function; including material flow, manufacturing integration, scanning, and other related business processes and process areas• Support and partner with other Functional and DT teams such as Planning and Fulfillment, Sourcing, and Distribution to ensure that overall business goals are met• Support Factory Master Plans and larger Digital supply chain Hoshin projects• You will work with business partners to identify capability gaps of the manufacturing systems and the business process.• Become a subject matter expert, and key point of contact for ERP business users, within manufacturing site• Develop opportunities to use emerging technologies and improve the overall operations within the manufacturing site• Support and develop a method to take best practices from one site and share across all manufacturing sites within our North American network• Agile Product Owner for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and EHS• Solve difficult, and sometimes complex, problems by finding root cause and driving systemic solutions with business stakeholders and DT application owners• Coach and train Supply Chain business users and project team members on ERP best practices as they are developed• Work with DT teams to ensure projects are properly prioritized and manage functional expectations• Ensure adherence to enterprise procedures, and compliance with regulations and policy** Potential of travel up to 25% required****What you need to Succeed**Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelors' degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or other STEM degree• 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or Warehousing• 5+ years' functional or technical experience with Oracle EBS or OCI ERP• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills• Strong problem-solving skills• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues and drive needed actionsPreferred Qualifications:• Agile project methodology experience• Lean experience, especially with LEAN tools like 5 Why's and 7 Ways• Basic understanding of integrations, interactions, and usage of ERP, MES, and WMS's\#GERemoteGE Appliances is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
