Job DescriptionRealSure is a joint venture between Realogy and Home Partners of America, offering a differentiated cash offer product that helps consumers sell and buy their home with confidence.RealSure is expanding and enhancing its bold products to improve the consumer home selling and buying transaction experience.The integral role of Vice President of Product, will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer of RealSure.Summary:The Vice President of Product is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded leader who is motivated in a start-up environment, passionate about iteration and delivering excellence to consumers and agents alike. With demonstrated product, communication, and leadership skills, the Vice President is responsible for leading RealSure's team of product managers, user experience researchers, and visual designers to build world-class customer experiences that will change the future of residential real estate. As a member of the product leadership team, the Vice President will push the team to think innovatively in long-term plans that usher in new levels of growth and success for RealSure. This role is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.Responsibilities:Inspire, lead and grow a product management and user experience organization; proven ability to develop a strong product team through recruiting, training and ongoing coaching.Create and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy and roadmap; facilitate the planning and execution of all products across the organization.Proven ability to execute consistently, rapidly and effectively; define best processes and practices required for releasing a continuous stream of new products enhancements.Oversee the product development process from inception to product delivery and deliver rapid innovation. Lead product planning and road-mapping to achieve desired business outcomesAbility to instill a strong product culture within the organization leading a team that understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and the need to make mistakes in order to learn and mitigate risk.Understands the power of collaboration and respects and values designers and engineers.
