An American automotive aftermarket service chain is searching for a Senior UX Designer to join their eCommerce team. This company has a national network of over 1,000 locations in 35 states and 25 distribution centers. They promise customers exceptional customer experience and provide foundation to the critical technical training needed to close America's skills gap. This position is located at the company’s corporate office in Philadelphia, PA and requires you to be in office 5 days a week when safe to do so.

As the User Experience Supervisor, you will work on multiple products and systems, coordinate testing activities, support UX and UI design, and bring a mobile first perspective. This role will assist and coordinate with other departments to provide the best eCommerce experience for the company’s multichannel customers. Along with that, you will be required to find resolutions and proactively solve problems for any onsite or system issues. The ideal Senior UX Designer can support defining, designing, and operation of the upcoming digital customer experience for the company. They are also looking for someone who is able to apply structured methodology to test website end user-experience daily and provide test cases for reporting and resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Ability to apply user acceptance testing of web-based applications
  • Strong analytical focus
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams while level-setting team expectations
  • Preform audits of QA deliverables to ensure quality
  • Execute competitive analysis of onsite functionality and drive functionality improvements along with Product Manager
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of technical experience in e-Commerce
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Be able to ensure you are providing a mobile centric customer experience
