Vice President Home Health Quality Assurance Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice Care organization.  They are looking for a Vice President Home Health Quality Assurance. This is a new role that can be remotely based in the central or eastern time-zones along as candidates can travel throughout IL, MI, WI, IN, OH, and PA.  A Registered Nurse is required with multi-site QAPI leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health. Must be a certified OASIS user.
 
Vice President Home Health Quality Assurance Requirements

  • Current multi-site Home Health Quality Assurance and Process Improvement leadership experience.
  • Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
  • Must be OASIS certified – COS-C, HCS-O, or COQS.
  • Registered Nurse with bachelor’s degree required.
Vice President Home Health Quality Assurance Responsibilities
  • Assess, develop, and manage organizational QAPI program.
  • Standardize and improve policies and procedures across multiple offices.
  • Travel as needed to individual locations to assess and implement QAPI initiatives.
  • Analyze EMR and other data points to look for areas of improvement.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.  Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic, our client is committed to filling this position with a permanent, full-time hire.
