Job Description: Using independent judgment and discretion, the Executive Recruiter will drive the full-lifecycle recruitment and onboarding activities for all Directors, VP's and C'Suite searches. Work from home and must live in Kentucky, Illinois or Indiana. Responsible for: Leading hiring manager discussions for Executive openings, Research and implement cost - effective and creative sourcing methods, Screening candidates using behavioral based techniques, Obtaining salary quotes while understanding the marketplace. Extending verbal offers, some of which will include Incentive Compensation, Relocation and other non-standard compensation parameters. Generating offer letters, with complex verbiage Working with vendors for relocation, temporary housing etc. Ensuring that all required pre-employment checks and compliance requirements adhere with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Minimum Education and Training: Prior experience extending offers with relocation, executive compensation (market pricing), executive incentive programs, Highly Compensated Executive Offers, and other types of non-standard compensation. Prior experience working with Executive Offer Negotiations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. 4-7 Years of Executive Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Executive Search Firm setting Successful Candidates will have: Good organizational and time management skills. Good analytical problem solving skills. Proactive attitude toward goals and objectives. Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to handle stressful situations. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion. Proficiency with personal computer and windows software applications.
