Recruiting Coordinator - Pro Talent AcquisitionAdvantage Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Professional Recruiting team. We'd love a candidate who is excited to work closely with our Pro Recruiting team in all aspects of the recruiting process. We're also hoping for an excellent coordinator who can assist our team in creating processes and procedures that enable better hiring practices at Advantage.Role includes:- Full utilization of the firm's applicant tracking system (iCims) in requisition management, pass through hires, and internal transfers process through Talent Acquisition Pro team. - Interacting with internal and external candidates at various stages of the recruiting process managing pass through and internal candidates hire process.- Ensuring accuracy prior to on-boarding and ensures compliance and consistency with internal policies and protocol.- Provide key operational support to the Talent Acquisition Pro team to aid in the execution of successful hiring and in other aspects of the recruiting process such as research, creative sourcing programs, activities, reporting, university relations and other strategic initiatives based on business need from time-to-time. - Assist with administrative support of team.- Re-engineer processes and procedures with team's cooperation and guidance - help us level up our team and services!Skills require include:- 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.- Experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems - iCims is a plus- Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS 365 Suite - especially strong in Excel and Powerpoint important- Excellent customer service orientation- Good interpersonal skills- Team building Skills- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment- Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment- Demonstrates cross-cultural sensitivity with demonstrated experience and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
