Role Summary

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support our Global Marketing Organization and our US and LATAM Sales Organization. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will have overall responsibility and ownership for the success of core programs and annual HR rollouts for these client groups (annual review and rewards program, talent management planning etc.). You understand how to support a global organization and collaborate effectively with regional HR leaders and business partners.

The ideal candidate will be a member of the HR Leadership Team and will play a strategic role with the business and will be accountable for supporting the delivery of business outcomes. You will also provide day to day, hands-on, full cycle HR support to our US and LATAM teams.

You will join a global HR team that focuses on delivering results in a practical, simple, and highly effective way, just like our cybersecurity solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the Global Marketing Organization and the US/LATAM Sales Organization to design and deliver people plans that improve effectiveness, anticipate hiring and development needs, and help achieve overall business objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales and Marketing HR Business Partners (global, regional, and local)
  • Manage global HR programs and initiatives including annual performance and compensation reviews, talent planning, career development, recognition and retention programs, and employee relations
  • Understand the talent composition for client groups, including hiring needs, career progression, gap analysis, and work closely with the Talent Acquisition and FP&A team to define the talent plan and hiring needs
  • Provide day to day coaching and guidance to management in employee life-cycle areas including hiring, promotions, performance management, and terminations
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & HR Ops) to implement and support ongoing HR programs and company-wide initiatives (eg. D&I programs)
  • Proactively support the company’s values and initiatives as it relates to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and environmental goals
  • What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years significant and relevant HR business partner experience, supporting distributed Sales and Marketing teams in a global technology company
  • Experience with global business practices and able to integrate programs into a global, scalable framework
  • Must have excellent business and HR acumen, with demonstrated ability to influence and build strong partnerships, along with exceptional emotional intelligence and program management skills
  • Responsive and will always proactively take ownership and initiative with a “get things done” mentality
  • Proven ability and willingness to work at all levels – strategic, operational, and tactical
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to a variety of communication styles and settings
  • Proven ability to communicate both verbally and written, in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven ability to manage priorities based on business needs and able to deliver results in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Highly knowledgeable with US employment and immigration laws
  • Wants to work with a highly collaborative team that holds each other accountable and is all about results
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required, with Master’s Degree a plus
