JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Leads the development, implementation, and management of the SHP Claims Payment Integrity Program. Performs program measurement and evaluation and integrates the program with other health plan and health system initiatives. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on recovery results and provides recommendations to leadership on systems and process opportunities to maximize mitigation of payment errors. Provides FWA vendor oversite and alignment with SHP goals. Facilitates reporting and communication between departments, vendor, stakeholders, and system partners to improve recoveries and prevent loss. Position may include the ability to work remotely in Oregon or onsite in Corvallis, OR.
