We are currently recruiting for a REMOTE Direct Hire Customer Success Manager role with our client in Bedford NH.
This would be the 1st piece of the new Customer Success team for our client and will be an Individual Contributor role until the team is built out.
While this is a REMOTE role, our client would prefer someone who is close enough to come in to the Bedford, New Hampshire office once in a while.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role will drive usage and engagement with the customer's Identity and Access Management (IAM) security requirements. The CSM will be responsible for creating bonds with customers and focus on customer retention, growth, renewal, and inoculate our client against the competition. The CSM will collaborate with sales, marketing, and support groups to work with the customer to realize and expand on the full value of our client's solutions and will act as a single point of customer contact for project management during solution implementation to ensure alignment with key project deliverables, coordinate resolution of service incidents, and escalation of technical issues. Work will be focused on helping customers improve their IAM strategy and achieve more through our client's solutions.
