Empowered Education is looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer specializing in digital marketing, branding, and editorial to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a wide variety of assets, highly focused on digital marketing (email design, website/landing pages, paid ads) with experience in creating branding, logos, animations, slides, printables, and downloadable marketing materials. You would have the opportunity to create designs for clothing and tangible products, including print backgrounds and screens for live event needs across the Empowered Education brands including Health Coach Institute, Nutritious Life Studio, and Functional Nutrition Alliance.
To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter and strategic thinker, extremely self-sufficient and detail-oriented, and capable of conceiving brilliant, creative content ideas.
Responsibilities
- Create beautiful, high-end digital and print graphic design that is on brand for a variety of marketing campaigns designed to cultivate customer relationships and generate revenue
- Ensure design consistency throughout all content
- Create compelling marketing designs for all channels and formats, including (but not limited to) graphics, emails/email banners, landing pages, websites, blogs, downloads, deck slides, social media, events, and paid advertising
- Be a key part in Quality Assurance and design reviews, working closely with development teams and key partners on marketing and academics to ensure design consistency
- Manage other junior designers across 3 brands
- Design and lead seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Director of Creative Services, creative and marketing team on designs and layout to effectively convey brand spirit and a unique customer value
- Conceive and produce effective marketing campaigns, aligned with strategy and meeting brand guidelines
- Work independently and manage simultaneous projects with many moving parts
- Listen well when engaging with stakeholders and incorporate feedback to meet goals while remaining consistent with the company brands
- Experience designing for Health & Wellness industry is a plus (but not required)
- Experience designing for education and online programs is also a plus
- Digital Experience in website design and paid advertising
- Experience working with logos, graphics, and downloads
- Manager experience (but not required)
