As a Solutions Architect supporting Indianapolis, you will be trusted to work support a large city-county wide managed application services program. This position works under the general guidance of the Program Manager, a fast-paced, rapidly changing, collaborative environment, and requires strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, strong critical thinking, complex problem solving, appropriate judgment, and decision-making skills.The Solutions Architect provides oversight of all project aspects focusing on fulfilling business and technical performance, cost, and schedule objectives for delivering a product or service. May be responsible for managing the implementation of new processes or the improvement of existing capabilities. Evaluate existing policies and practices related to client operations and develop solutions aligned with business goals and objectives. Involved throughout the lifecycle and maturity model from inception through design, production, implementation, operational support, and continual improvement phases of projects. Solution management focus is on the product or service and its packaging, pricing, delivery, support, service, as well as how it interacts and any synergies to other solutions within the city-county.
