The Support Solutions Business Insights Lead 4 (BIL) believes in the power of data to shape business strategy and drive tactical outcomes. The BIL’s work will encompass thought-leading insights and actionable recommendations across Support Solution’s corporate and field teams. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner across multiple organizations and key stakeholders to represent Support Sales needs and influence cross functional business Insight roadmap, processes, and tools.
  • Influence decision-makers through story-telling and unique visualizations.
  • Individuals in this role have exceptional problem-solving, and consultative skills and are creative, entrepreneurial, and energized by collaboration.
  • Demonstrates the critical ability to think strategically across time horizons while still executing with precision in the short term.
  • The key purpose of this role is to enable the global Support sales organization to accelerate growth and improve business performance.
     
Requirements:
  • 7+ years
  • Working alongside team members and engineers to drive the company higher.
  • Fast driving business for Microsoft, huge emphasis of leadership team, have support with most of the customers. Help drive clarity across the board which enables sale motion to fiscal year.
  • Experience in data analysis, executive communication and project management, matrix organization experience is preferred.
