Candidates must be organized, energetic, have a strong customer service personality, love nationwide travel and be well versed and experienced in Windows environments and networking. Candidate must be able to work well in a team setting and be able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

  • Travel up to 35% of your time to new offices to install or swap out IT, VoIP & Video conferencing equipment
  • Document current environment
  • Troubleshoot basic network and IT Systems
  • Assist with onboarding of acquisitions
  • Work closely with other members of the implementation team on new acquisitions
  • Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel nationwide as needed
  • Have a minimum 3 years’ experience as a systems support technician
  • Have a major certification such as Comptia, Microsoft or Cisco
  • Be well organized and pay attention to detail
  • Have a clear understanding of switches, firewalls, toners & cabling
  • Understand basic Audio/Video components
  • Think logically and have exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Be able & willing to provide clear, detailed documentation
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Work well in a team
  • Be able to work off hours and weekends when needed
  • Have a reliable method of transportation
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. of equipment
