Product Manager – Software Licensing To drive innovation in product development at Dell Technologies, we need forward-thinking people on our IT Product Management team. What you’ll achieve As a Dell Digital Product Manager - Software Licensing, you will drive a cross functional product team to discover and deliver a single product that creates measurable value for the company and users – our stakeholders. You will identify what the team should build next and why - by extracting the best available information from business stakeholders and end users. You will document features and stories and work with Cross Product Leads to advocate story priority across product lines and facilitate work between teams . You will: Have Product Ownership supporting Dell's strategy, including business solution concepts, user stories etc. Work with business partners to determine software requirements & system impacts Define persona-based & customer-centric outcome-based roadmaps that align to key opportunities & strategic partnerships Work with internal stakeholders, external customers & users to validate business; partners with engineers to drive alignment on those interests and ensure the development of key outcomes Be the single point of accountability for a product Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Typically requires 7+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience, contingent on career level Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced e-business environment Strong client facing skills: communication; issue and escalation management Knowledge of functional area and customer needs Understanding of product model methodologies such as Lean, User Centered Design, and Extreme Programming Desirable Requirements Strong technical skills related to design, test, quality, Agile and DevOps delivery practices Engineering Bachelor’s degree and an MBA preferred but not required Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
