Manager, Strategic Initiatives will work with all Oscar partners and representing the needs and interests of department in company wide projects.
You will guide project coordination and management from creation to completion, solving problems and escalating issues and will work across different projects and partners at the same time.
You will report to the Associate Director, Strategy. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
