Broadlume is looking for a motivated Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for designing digital retail products and experiences. As the Broadlume Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be creating unique solutions to drive consumer satisfaction across thousands of flooring retailer websites. As part of one of the fastest growing startups in digital retail, you will collaborate closely with the product management team to solve complex business challenges and build the next generation of online flooring retail. What You'll Do: Lead and devise interaction initiatives and strategies Own the consumer research process Develop low fidelity and high fidelity designs and user flows Design and recommend a seamless visual style for our SaaS product lines Manage design libraries and design systems that adhere to product requirements. Be part of a cohesive team working on online technology products, including a new Marketplace, B2B portal, B2C web and mobile experiences Develop and articulate actionable product and design insights to stakeholders Be hands-on with all aspects of the design process including wire frames, prototypes and style guides, with a focus on research for the overall product offering Become the expert in the digital shopping user experience for the flooring industry RequirementsWho You Are: You have 4+ years experience designing optimized B2C and B2B digital user experiences and related assets Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing results and creating reports with the actionable product and design insights You are skilled in using leading design tools (like Sketch, Axure, and other) You know when to follow and when to break established interaction patterns.
