Candidate should have strong Spanish to English verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and experience working multiple applications at once. Spanish speaking ability is a huge plus!Job Responsibilities:Serve as the first contact, tier 1, for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into the system for follow-up by an adjudicator.Navigates multi-systems to access appropriate information to service.Determine escalation necessary for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.Performs additional duties within the department as needed.Required Qualifications and Experience:Call center experience handling inbound calls is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish a must.Collect, interpret and type claim information efficiently and accuratelyExcellent listening and empathy skillsAbility to navigate multiple programs simultaneouslyAccurate keyboarding skills, Typing speed of 25 wpm or moreDetail-orientedProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong multi-taskingAbility to demonstrate empathy and handle stressful situationsHigh School Diploma or GEDApply now for an immediate phone interview!
