We are seeking a data driven and digitally savvy Associate Director, Marketing to lead our marketing team’s Acquisition Marketing for a key Humana line of business, Humana Pharmacy.

We are seeking a data driven and digitally savvy Associate Director, Marketing to lead our marketing team’s Acquisition Marketing for a key Humana line of business, Humana Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director is responsible for go-to-market planning, execution and collaboration across teams of marketing that drives adoption of Humana Pharmacy and for the development and mentoring of team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage team, communicate and partner across teams on key Acquisition initiatives that support Pharmacy

  • Develop go-to-market strategies that support Humana Pharmacy growth objectives and manage these through execution with clear communication on outcomes and progress

  • Evolve programs to be more data and consumer insights driven

  • Activate segmentation and test/learn plans

  • Work with data and analytics teams to measure effectiveness of programs and be able to communicate these results across Humana Pharmacy and Marketing

  • Grow team members, act as a player-coach to cultivate a high performing team

  • Develop and manage marketing budget

  • Define channel strategies for programs and ensure test/learn plans are in place to evolve our channel effectiveness

  • Successfully manage several initiatives at once and drive clear prioritization with team, leadership and partners

  • Key Relationships

    The Associate Director will work closely with key leaders in Humana Pharmacy and Marketing with shared goals. Must demonstrate ability to build deep relationships with partners through accountability, communications and presence.

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer acquisition marketing with some combination of digital, database or direct marketing as well as roles in metrics driven, customer centric businesses with record of success in driving test & learns to increase efficacy

  • Experience managing team of direct reports and ability to influence others cross-functionally

  • Aptitude to understand data, define test plans and analyze results, assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions about future marketing activities and investments

  • Strong strategic, critical thinking, and conceptual abilities; capability to lead strategic discussions, and turn those into plans and tactics that are executable and measurable

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency to synthesize complex ideas and technologies

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or related master’s degree

  • Experience in e-commerce consumer marketing

  • Familiarity with marketing automation & CRM marketing tools, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10×1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

  • Travel

    Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require quarterly travel depending on business needs.
