Key Role:
Support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Training Coordinator for Remote Sites. Directly support the OEHRM Training Strategy team and is focused on training deployments across VISNs and Waves, specifically associated with Remote Site coordination and support. Track and report on deployment training and engagement activities across remote sites; analyze and identify unique remote site issues and approaches that can be leveraged across remote sites. Proactively identify and communicate risks and recommended mitigation strategies; identify trends and recommend appropriate training deployment activities and strategies; oversee remote site analyst work, and liaison with VISN coordinators and Sustainment, Data and TMS team members.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience developing and implementing change management plans
Experience in tracking costs, schedule, or performance progress
Experience with identifying and mitigating risks
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, Math, Physics, or an additional 8+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with the VA
Possession of excellent leadership, written and oral communications, analysis, data gathering and organization skills
Change Management Certification
