The Construction Project Coordinator supports all aspects of construction operations, including ordering, field team travel & logistics, payroll entry, financial reconciliation, and project closeout. This role also manages special projects and oversees field execution. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic, high-energy personality, while being detail- oriented, and possessing excellent organizational, customer service, & interpersonal skills. They must also possess the ability to multitask and be able to work in a fast- paced, high growth company. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support office project management and field team daily tasks
  • Manages special projects and field execution
  • Manage payroll system and prepare reports for approval.
  • Manage team travel & logistics
  • Manage credit card close out process and allocate expense receipts
  • Manage project close out for final review by Sr. Construction Project Manager & VP
  • Maintain DOT files
  • Coordinate & schedule meetings
  • Maintain organized files
  • Pack and shipping via FedEx & UPS
  • Assist with replacement part orders
  • Assist with international shipping logistics
  • Troubleshoot problems while maintaining rapport with vendors, managers, team members, and Franchise Partners
  • Maintain vendor insurance COIs
  • Other office & administrative duties, as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum education High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience
  • Skills using Microsoft software programs: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be detail oriented & highly organized.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Responsible, dependable and team player.
