This provides our clients with seamless national and global coverage, along with an advantageous pay-as-you-use model.Job DescriptionAAFCPAs is looking for a dynamic Review and Compilation Manager to join our commercial practice team.As part of the AAFCPAs team, the Review and Compilations Manager will be responsible for:Supervising engagement team for review and compilation engagementsMonitoring and reporting regarding the productivity of staff, and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignmentKeeping lines of communication open with staff and clientsKeeping abreast of all industry developments and ensuring professional development through ongoing educationAnticipating and addressing client concerns, and escalating problems as they ariseRecognizing and informing management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clientsPreparing all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracyPreparing end-of-engagement evaluations for staffTax return preparation experience is a plusQualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA4 - 7+ years of Public AccountingFlexibility to travel to client sitesAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary, benefits, and CPE.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
