Client Details
My client are a 2019 start-up that provide a revenue/analytics driven platform for virtual/digital event hosting and marketing. They have skyrocketed over the past year and have scaled their platform and team to 50 employees with dozens of enterprise clients. They are already working with leading clients, such as: Toast, Lever and GitHub. Their board of advisors also includes members from Airbnb, Spotify, Tableau and other leading enterprise companies providing them a lot of promise of growth.
Description
You Will:
- Drive new business opportunities through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Prospect, call and convert new business opportunities
- Research the market and ideal customer profiles
- Carry & manage deals from initial discovery through the full sales cycle & contract closing
- Partner/cooperate directly with cross functional teams including customer success & account management
- Carry a customer-centric and strategic approach to all client management processes & relationships
- Manage customers that are in the upper mid-market segment
- Be a part of an early stage high-growth start up
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and bring new ideas to leadership
- Grow immensely within the company
Profile
What You Bring:
- 2-4 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (ideally within software/SaaS)
- Experience selling into marketing leads or sales/revenue leads
- Martech experience is a must
- You thrive in a fast-paced, low structure start-up environment
- You can manage variable & unique sales processes (4 week to 4 month sales cycles, variable deal sizes)
- Consistent track record of attaining and exceeding quota
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience presenting and demonstrating software to clients
