You will order, review, and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, surveys, develop, monitor, and update closing checklists for each complex commercial estate transaction. You will prepare documents and coordinate execution and delivery of documentation to other parties' counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, vendors, etc. You will assist with the preparation of tax-related applications and work with clients to obtain the required documentation.
