You will be responsible for creating data entry and business process screens using the python-based toolkit Anvil. Understanding of web based UI construction with React, Angular, or other Javascript framework a plus.. This will include developing GUI's and back end-services. GUI development is done in the Anvil development environment, and does not require prior GUI development experience. See anvil.works for more details.You will take on the following responsibilities:Collect and implement user requirementsAnalyze existing back-ends written in Java and SQL Implement functionality to Python by calling services written in Python and SqlAlchemyWrite unit and integration testsGenerate GUIs in Python using an existing the Anvil full stack frameworkYou should possess the following qualifications:2+ years Fullstack Python development experience2+ years of Object Oriented Programming experience2+ years of SQL experienceAbility to read and understand Java and SQLAcademic training in Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, networking, computer systems, object oriented programming, etc.We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
