Primary Purpose:
Consult & Educate Seniors who are 65 years of age and older on the Best Medicare Life & Health Plans that would best suit their needs. All consultation is completed over the phone.

Responsibilities:

· Receive inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options in 13-50 states
· Make outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns
· Recommend plans and enroll prospects based on the customer's needs
· Provide a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Complete New Hire Technical Training Program, which includes passing your L&H Licensing Exam
· Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and listening skills
· Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer and navigational skills
· Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule
· Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
· High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and confidentiality

Job Requirements:

  • Publish articles related to employee benefits topics
  • Maintaining all employee benefits files with required documentation
  • Maintain benefits records and documents
  • Feature and benefits to business outcomes
  • Handling employee benefits and labor and employment law
  • Manage all benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement, executive benefits, rewards and recognition
  • Assist in conducting orientation programs on benefits and other employee benefit communications
  • Maintain employee health benefit records and assist employees regarding benefit eligibility and coverage; assist in conducting orientation programs on benefits and other employee benefit communications; perform all duties
  • Perform employee benefit compliance tax research
  • Adding and/or deleting individuals on benefits plans
  • Respond to employee, supervisor and management inquiries regarding benefits
  • Support benefits team and open enrollment project
  • Maintain employee health benefit records and assist employees regarding benefit eligibility and coverage
  • Perform other benefits related tasks and responsibilities
  • Prepare analyzes of employee benefits applications for new and renewal customers
  • Oversee the transparency of employee status changes and impact on benefits
  • Optimize cost of benefits programs between company and employee to meet organizational goals
  • Provide subject matter expertise in employee benefits law Market and grow practice advising public and private sector clients in employee benefits and related topics
  • Directing and reviewing the benefits for each assignee
  • Manage and assist with performing benefits vendor searches
