Come be the spark at Warm Hearth! Our home care agency, Warm Hearth at Home, is looking for enthusiastic Companions to provide personal companionship to clients in the New River Valley. This is a PT position with an average of 20 hours of work expected per week.The expected starting wage for this role is $11 per hour. Your schedule may vary depending on clients needs and your availability.We also have a robust benefits package. PT employees are eligible for dental and vision insurance 60 days after hire. In addition, youll earn two weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year and have access to 3 days (24 hours) of PTO upon hire. Finally, there may be an opportunity for company-paid Personal Care Aide (PCA) training in the near future.Requirements:* Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role* Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurancePreferences:* Previous experience working with elders in a home care, long-term, or assisted living setting
