What are the major responsibilities of the position?
Serve as the analyst for MHPAEA Non qualitative treatment limit (NQTL) projects
- Meeting/Deliverable management - Kick off, project status/meeting minutes, prepare data requests, facilitate data collection, data review, prepare gap analysis (PPT) results summary
- Communications - Manage email back with vendors and internally to support project completion
- Review vendor responses and compile NQTL findings, highlight potential gaps in compliance, map to existing processes on Med/Surg



Job Requirements:

Analytic approach to review and analysis
Critical thinking
Problem solver and independent worker
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft teams, Document Management (sharepointe, TCT)
Understanding of utilization, case and disease management processes (e.g., prior authorization, concurrent review)
Health plan, clinical and/or mental health parity experience
