Aerotek is seeking to hiring experienced Call Center Representatives for our client located in Farmington Hills, MI! This role is a 3-month contract to hire opportunity starting April 12th, 2021!

Day to Day: The customer support agent provides quality customer service, handling roughly 75 calls a day. Serves customers and agents by responding to customer inquiries, providing necessary account information, offering assistance with credit files, coaching on how to improve and restore credit, resolving issues and misunderstandings.

Schedule:

· Training: This will be 3 weeks long, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.

· Hours: Five days a week working 40hrs. Monday-Friday.

· Shift: 1st = 9am-6pm | 2nd = 12:45pm-9:15pm

Performance Expectations:

· 100 minimum calls per day

· Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment needed

· High quality of service on calls
