Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support Capture Managers in the execution of Win Strategies in proposals, including support of pre-RFP capture and solutioning efforts.Be able to oversee the development of multiple simultaneous proposals on different timelines.Manage day-to-day proposal activities and lead proposal stand-up meetings.Develop and manage proposal schedules.Analyze solicitations for deadlines, requirements, forms, etc.Develop compliant proposal outlines and annotated writing templates.Facilitate storyboarding with Volume Leads and Section Leads.Lead proposal color team reviews.Provide writing and copy-editing support for the proposal, as needed.Manage final production, white glove, and delivery.Availability to work more than 40 hours/week when necessary to ensure successful proposal execution and delivery.An experienced proposal manager will know how to evaluate compliance against a set of requirements.
