This is a Remote role:

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into a pharmacy career, and obtain a National Pharmacy Technician Certification.

The Enrollment Specialist is integral to our team. You are responsible for new user acquisition, informing new customers by educating individuals about our services. This role involves helping our potential customers through education. The team takes pride in creating solutions at no extra cost for customers who never knew of an alternative to their current pharmacy.


**Hours of operation are from 7am-9pm, so staggered shifts are available to add flexibility

What you do: •Make outbound calls to articulate the value proposition of using us as their pharmacy •Foster new business relationships through inbound lead follow-up •Collaborate with other staff to ensure we are fulfilling their needs and exceeds customer needs •Keep lines of communication open with Team Lead and other team members in an ever evolving start-up environment •Maintain detailed and accurate records between multiple databases and programs •Investigate issues and create solutions for new customers



Requirements

  • Passionate about identifying solutions for people to have healthier and happier lives through and better pharmacy experience Experienced in working with senior citizens, mental health, home healthcare, healthcare providers, and caregiver population and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Driven & thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and helpful phone presence to help fulfill our promise
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • CRM experience preferred, but not required (Zendesk, salesforce, etc.)
  • High School degree (or equivalent); (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Active pharmacy technician license in the state of application (or willingness to obtain such licensure/certification)



MUST reside in the following states and be MORE than 50 miles from one of the offices in Davenport, IA, Iowa City, IA, or Brentwood, TN: Arizona Colorado Florida Georgia Idaho Illinois Indiana Iowa Maine Minnesota Mississippi Missouri Nebraska Nevada New Jersey New York Ohio Oregon Rhode Island South Carolina Tennessee Texas Utah Virginia Washington
