Our client, a trusted specialist who provide to domestic households, housing associations and small businesses in the South East, are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor - night shift to join their growing team. This is will be working remotely from home.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver a friendly and effective service to customers using our home services.

In this varied role, you will handle a wide range of telephone queries covering insurance claims, chargeable work, water and wastewater account enquiries. You will provide advice and information on the services they provide, handle complaints professionally and effectively and promote the benefits of the services to their existing customers.

Additionally, you will:

- Help coordinate and schedule work for Mobile Engineers

- Liaise with Wholesalers to resolve customer queries

- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services

- Liaise with third-party providers to ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales
