This would be a resume builder for mid-level UX/UI Designers, for sure!

Our client's content management team is building a robust internal authoring tool for their content authors to seamlessly create, tag, and publish content to any channel, which can be made available anywhere across the globe. In order to achieve this daunting task, the user experience for this tool must be one that is intuitive, comprehensive, connected, and easy to use. From the skeletal structure of what they currently have in place to the north star vision of where they see this tool going, they are looking for a senior designer to lead the design on reinventing what they currently have while helping to articulate the direction they should be heading.

They are looking for a Senior UX Designer who has experience and a high degree of comfort, working with ambiguity and carving out end-to-end user experiences in partnership with product partners. This role is responsible for designing new features, workflows, experiences that operate at scale, and collaborating with other teams where partnerships are required for products to go live.

Responsibilities:
· Create designs for features as well as end-to-end user work flows, which you’ll review with your design peers to ensure a steady stream of feedback from the UX community.
· Meet with the PayPal UI team to ensure any customer-facing experiences are aligned with the PayPal design language system.
· Meet with the box team (product, design, engineering) to maintain a clear line of sight of both short as well as long-term needs.
· Attend scrum ceremonies
· Collaborate with the product team to ensure designs map to the product vision and strategy.
· Work with engineering, from walking through concepts to detailed design documentation required for building product experiences.
· Proactively explore, through design thinking, assigning form to ambiguity
