Overview

AM LLC has immediate openings for full time Implementation Coordinators to support COVID-19 response programming nationwide. No travel required. This position will begin immediately. The candidate will work remotely from a home office. 

The successful Implementation Coordinator will onboard, train, and assist with filling protocol and procedure gaps for the AM LLC Strike Team model as new teams enter their work on various projects, while maintaining AM LLC values and standards for the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the services that AM LLC provides to partners and stakeholders. The composition of each strike team varies per contract. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain current knowledge base of principles, methods, and procedures for providing the full continuum of COVID-19 response services (including disease surveillance, case investigation, contact tracing, laboratory testing, immunizations, and general public health practice).
  • Deliver project-specific, on-the-job training to AM LLC staff.
  • Assist new staff with navigation of existing training resources.
  • Host live training, Q&As, webinars, and other online interactive learning modules.
  • Partner with project managers to assess staff knowledge and eliminate knowledge gaps.
  • Assist with identification of project-specific training curriculum development needs for AM LLC's new programs and projects.
  • Assist with training and mentoring of project-level training team members.
  • Maintain core values and standards, while ensuring corporate continuity across all projects.
  • This position may report to multiple projects in tandem. The successful candidate will show the ability to train additional staff to take over their role when appropriately dictated by the needs of the contract/client.
  • Maintain awareness of lessons learned from prior and current projects and initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health related field required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in training and/or mentoring staff members is required
  • General Requirements:

  • Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Works collaboratively with team members
  • Able to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment required
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Technology Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with project management applications
  • Familiarity with disease surveillance systems
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace
