The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a key role in the internal Salesforce Product team and is positioned as a liaison between stakeholders and the rest of the team. This person will build relationships with key business and operations stakeholders in order to better understand what they need to maximize their effectiveness and will bring that knowledge and context back to the team help develop the company’s Salesforce platform.

We’re looking for a relationship builder, someone who collaborates well and possess the high emotional intelligence to build and maintain successful relationships with our business stakeholders. Someone with the creativity and curiosity to deeply understand their business needs and use that knowledge along with strong judgement and critical thinking to transform those needs into practical, deliverable, processes. Last, but not least, the candidate would be data literate and able to manipulate and understand data in order to support business decisions.
