Do you have experience in the appraisal of customer service calls in an auditing capacity?

Offering a basic salary of £23,000 plus performance bonus of £1000 (per annum) along with benefits for all employees including private medical cover, Life assurance, Pension, discounted travel insurance and Eye Care vouchers.

What will your working week be like?

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00.

You will monitor the quality of Operations calls and assistance files, to provide feedback and coaching where required.

You will identify issues that impact on the quality of customer experience and work with team managers to mitigate these. You will maintain accurate documentation on audits and training recommendations, and ensure that you communicate these to team managers for one-to-one team member reviews.

Reporting to the People, Performance, Development Manager and a team of Quality Auditors. Together you will perform a targeted number of audits on a monthly basis and form an understanding of performance and training needs.

Are you suitable for this role?

As this role is fully remote, it's important that you are able to create a healthy workspace, which includes good lighting, comfortable temperature and a suitable desk and chair. You'll need a quiet and secluded place to work, ideally a room that you can use as a home office, whilst you are working. Your desk should be a suitable size to accommodate a thin client (PC), two screens, keyboard and mouse. While working, a professional environment should be maintained - no background noise or interruptions please!

In addition to the equipment described above, you will also be provided with a smart phone and headset, so you are ready to go! You will need to have a minimum Wi-Fi Internet speed of 10mbps.

Our client does require:

* Experience in the appraisal of customer service calls in an auditing capacity

* Customer service experience

* The ability to interpret and analyse data to identify trends

* Experience of complaint investigations and providing positive solutions

* Experience of providing audit feedback to employees and managers
