About the Data & Insights Role.
This position will report into the Realogy Leads Team. This team is focused on building enterprise partnerships and delivering superb home buying and selling experiences directly to consumers.
This high-profile role will partner with business leaders to uncover insights, trends, and areas of opportunity across the entire home buying journey. Our ideal team member has extremely strong strategic views, stellar communication skills, and a passion for bringing statistical and analytical viewpoints to consumer experiences. Above all else, this team member must be endlessly curious.
This role will be part of a passionate, cross-functional team that includes product, insights, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop data-driven insights and recommendations Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and agent/broker network teams to:Understand and prioritize strategic questions, challenges, and inflection points Develop hypotheses and multi-variate A/B testsLead iterative analysis leveraging both internal and external data sourcesProvide non-technical leaders with clear, actionable insights and recommendation Develop and execute analytics plans that drive business impact across lead generation and our centrally-led home buying and selling experiences (e.g, lead conversion) Lead team of one to four analysts, including full time team members and contractors Lead presentation of insights and recommendations to leadership (including CEO, EC) Build thoughtful dashboards, visualizations, and presentations on business KPIs Work with technology teams to improve data capture, quality, and governance Partner with central Realogy data science team to identify and execute on opportunities for advanced analytics and modeling Maintain data dictionary across all RLG systems Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, Master’s degree a plus 5+ years of data or business intelligence experience Strong skills in SQL, Python required Experience with large and unstructured datasets Stellar ability to communicate proficiently with non-technical stakeholders and business leaders Strong communication and presentation skills – written, verbal, and visual (passion for data visualization a plus!) Finds it easy to work with stakeholders of all level of data fluency Self-motivated with a strong point of view on what work should be done Background in strategy development or consulting a plus Optional - experience eliciting qualitative feedback from customers/users through interviews, surveys, testing and other qualitative discovery methods This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
