Job Description Responsibilities: Perform functional software testing on the companys core platform and on customer projects Automate and improve upon integration, regression, performance and load tests Design, create, and improve test plans and test evaluation schemes Review product requirements and Customer Success Documents (CSDs), and take an active role in project requirements discovery Create test scripts and programs where necessary Participate in regular scrum meetings and regularly update issues in JIRA Assist software developers in creating unit and component tests Qualifications: Experience in software testing and test plan development Moderate programming and scripting skills Experience with, or interest in, test automation Experience with test case management tools Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, a fast and eager learner Experience with analytics is a plus Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the warehousing / supply chain / logistics industry is a plus
