About the role: Boston Scientific's Sales Training Manager designs, develops, and administers, in whole or in part, training programs and meetings for the UroPH Sales Force. Establishes and executes sales training measurements of success, ROI, and methods for program improvements. Manages the maintenance of all training materials.Your responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the design, development, execution and facilitation of sales meetings: National Sales Meeting, Divisional Sales Meetings and Region Meetings.Manage the design, development and implementation of all sales training programs.Manage and facilitate all sales training programs.Work with the Head of Sales for the Lumenis Capital, Stone, and BPH Divisions and the Director of Sales and Region Managers to coordinate field trainer assignments and new hire placements.Conduct field assessment rides with Area Sales Managers and Territory Mangers in specific development areas as needed.Work with Marketing on various strategic projects, new product launches and special product promotions.Work with the Head of Sales for the Lumenis Capital, Stone, and BPH Divisions and Senior Sales Training Manager on various strategic projects and special product promotions as needed.Ensure all meeting and training materials meet legal requirements.Assess division needs and update sales training materials and teaching methods to continuously improve sales productivity.Develop training standards and measurement tools to measure performance.Routinely participate in development programs to further their readiness for additional management responsibilities.Responsible for the CO2 training for ENT and GYN What we're looking for in you: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree.Minimum 4 years successful sales, sales training and or sales management experience.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants.Strong project management experience.Must have strong background in people management.Must possess the ability to determine and set direction.Must be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented.Ability to grasp technical content
