What You’ll Do
The Human Resources Generalist will support the North America eCommerce team to execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve its accelerated growth goals and foster a fulfilling employee experience. As an organized and results-oriented person, the Human Resources Generalist will support organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Reporting into the Senior Human Resources Manager- NA eCommerce, the Human Resources Generalist will support and execute upon both people and tactical processes.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the people & culture strategies aligned with business plans and strategic objectives
  • Accelerated execution of talent acquisition process for a hyper-growing organization of diverse, high performing talent
  • Manage organizational updates and alignment that will enable the business to grow and operate effectively
  • Implement compensation structure including base salary, bonus and commission to drive the right behaviors in our sales workforce
  • Work with teams to coordinate talent management and development needs. Recommend learning & development solutions based on competency/skill gaps
  • Activate change management by recommending new approaches and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the organizational culture and HR best practices.
  • Gathering and analyzing HR data to provide insights and develop solutions
  • Partner with other GTS HR counterparts to execute strategic and tactical HR tasks

  • Who You Are
    You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:
     
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 2+ years of progressive HR responsibility, eCommerce or Sales support culture/experience preferred
  • Strong Communication skills with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent project management, time management and organization skills in managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Professional, Resourceful, Pro-active, Self Starter, Solutions-based mentality in navigating the unknown, Strong business acumen
  • Using data to drive actionable insights and recommendations on organizational design
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, PeopleSoft, ADP, BrassRing or similar HR systems is preferred
