Contract Benefits (usually the first 2-3 months) for Health Insurance Sales Agent
- Salary: $16/hr + incentives based on attendance/performance (up to $6/hour more!)
- Bonuses paid based on sales
- Schedule - 8 hour shifts between 7am-7pm
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Health Insurance Agent:
- Answering inbound and placing outbound calls to existing and potential members
- Selling Medicare Advantage & Life Insurance programs
- Overcoming sales objections
- Processing sales and policies for new members
Job Requirements for the Health Insurance Agent:
- Current license for Health & Life Insurance
- Must have your own equipment: PC computer with Windows 10, Ethernet cord to hard-wire computer, webcam, & USB headset to receiving inbound calls
- 1+ year(s) of call center or independent insurance experience (or similar)
- High school diploma
