We are seeking a senior sourcing recruiter with our Recruiting team to build sourcing strategies and create active and passive talent pipelines. This is a 6 month assignment that can be 100% remote.

As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter...

  • Your main responsibility will be sourcing, crafting and maintaining a pipeline of diverse and highly qualified passive and active candidates for a variety of technical roles (cleared and non-cleared, IT, engineers, scientists, physicists, data science, robotics, machine learning, etc.)
  • You will conduct screening calls to analyze applicants’ skills and abilities
  • You will work with hiring teams and recruiters to build a sourcing strategy for some of our most difficult to fill requisitions. You will educate them on the market and sourcing strategies, and set realistic expectations.
  • Your efforts will decrease requisition time-to-fill, as APL recruiters and hiring managers will be able to use your talent pipelines.
  • You will keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends.

  • Have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience to include CRM and ATS experience
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, human resources or related field
  • Have demonstrated experience identifying and engaging candidates with hard-to-find and/or highly sought after skill sets
  • Are proficient with Boolean and online sourcing strategies
  • Are a problem solver and aren’t deterred by obstacles
  • Possess an ability to adapt to and work with many different hiring groups
  • Can demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
