eCommerce Administrator

Summary:

  • This individual is responsible for operations related to ATS's e-commerce ‘online store'. They will execute all recurring processes necessary for e-business and identify opportunities to improve website performance. This individual's success would be measured through KPIs including website ranking, visitor traffic, customer conversion rate, and overall revenue generation. Although this is an individual contributor role, there is opportunity for scope and responsibility expansion as the platform grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Administration
    • Ownership and communication of all eCommerce related KPIs. This includes daily KPI reports, site reliability/performance management, web analytics, and business performance metrics.
    • Prepare regular reporting for operations team to aid in performance monitoring, forecasting, and strategy creation
    • Provide recommendations for on-line merchandise and pricing strategies
  • Communication
    • Communication through sales, marketing, and internal end users to increase adoption rates and volume being driven through eCommerce
    • Manage all eCommerce based communications, orders, customer requests, and fulfillment updates.
    • Training, support, and documentation on all aspects of the website – including IPS wiki documentation maintenance, customer service/sales/buyer/customer training
    • Functions as an ATS customer service representative as needed
  • Subject Matter Expertise
    • Handle day-to-day site operations including SKU setup, product categorization, site merchandising, and product photography assistance
    • Identify bugs, errors, and integration issues between eCommerce and the broader ATS IT environment
    • Issue resolution support for internal customers (CSRs, SSRs, site technicians, supply chain specialists, buyers, sales executives, etc.). to provide guidance and correction to issues brought forth. This should be maintained through REMEDY.
    • Issue resolution support for external customers to provide guidance and correction to issues brought forth. This should be maintained through the “Contact Us” or “Technical Support” request process within the website.
  • Business & Content Development
    • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operations to effectively grow eCommerce revenue year over year
    • Development and deployment of marketing and promotional campaigns
    • Responsible for site content optimization and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive online sales growth (IE Adwords)
    • Manage overall website layout and presentation along with IT and design resources, aligning to ATS brand guidelines
    • Manage merchandise presentation and ensure categorization, imagery, pricing and promotional tags are accurate
    • Data integrity owner for all web-based products to ensure world-class accuracy and completeness for all products listed.
    • Work with the CRM to improve email communication and marketing efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Must demonstrate leadership and problem solving skills, be able to manage an eCommerce page with limited supervision, and must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of eCommerce and the underlying technology.
  • Experience with cross platform part posting, eCommerce to amazon, ebay, etc.
  • Content creation experience including blogs, landing pages and sales campaigns.
  • Google AdWords and Analytics Certifications.
  • eCommerce Certification from reputable program
  • Experience developing SEM and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience coding with HTML

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone, frequent use of a standard keyboard, computer and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
